leading industrial equipment and solutions provider , is seeking a

Territory Sales Manager

to join their team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be part of the

Sales Department

supporting regional customers across Vermont, Western New Hampshire, and Western Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have

strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a self-driven mindset

which will align successfully in the organization.

Vermont (preferred) or Western New Hampshire Pay Range:

$49,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE ~$100K+)

What’s the Job?

Manage and grow an established sales territory across VT, Western NH, and Western MA

Build relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities

Provide solution-based selling for industrial equipment and custom applications

Travel within territory (75–80%) to meet with clients and assess needs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

What’s Needed?

2+ years of industrial or technical sales experience

Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand industrial equipment terminology

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and manage a home-based territory

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
