Who We’re Looking For A high‑energy, people‑loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. This part‑time role with flexible hours reports to the Studio Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you’re all about results.
Represent BODYBAR at local events to grow our presence in the community.
Keep member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Goal‑oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in‑person, via phone and email.
Passionate about fitness.
Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
Proficient with computers and studio software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some college preferred.
