Purpose TheEnrollment Representativeis responsible forworking with prospective students.They will actively manage and service a database of prospective students including outreach, conducting admissionsmeetings,and helping students complete the enrollment steps.

Is a high-energy professional with exceptional relationship building, presentation, communication and organizational skills.

Ensures exemplary services and assistance are provided to engage prospective students with the college admissions process, which requires excellent time management skills and daily follow-up with inquiries and applicants.

Ability to actively solve problems, identify solutions to address prospective student concerns.

Participates in recruiting events and other critical tasks as outlined by the Admissions Enrollment Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (those that must be performed with or without an ADA Accommodation) Competency

Management of prospective student databases to meet and exceed daily & weekly goals along with achieving student matriculation outcomes.

High volume daily outreach to prospective inquiries should result in rapport and relationship building, setting appointments, conducting admissions meetings and helping students apply to and matriculate to the college.

Consistent follow‑up with applicants to complete enrollment steps and address any concerns or needs.

Continually seeks out knowledge to improve product awareness and provide a superior level of service.

Participation in recruiting events and activities as assigned.

Procurement of student referrals through strong relationship building.

Qualifications

Two (2) years' experience in student facing roles related to admissions, recruitment, higher education or sales.

Track record of exceeding individual and team goals.

Have genuine excitement for people, education, technology, and arts industries.

Self‑motivated, adaptive, resilient, and embody integrity, always willing to do the right thing.

Dynamic and innovative personality with a strong desire to connect with people.

Possess strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excel at face-to-face and phone communication in both “one-on-one” and large group environments.

Clear and professional communication skills (written and oral), comfortable with calling campaigns in addition to building bridges across all college departments through collaboration and understanding.

Open to coaching, non‑defensive and always seeking to improve. Displays characteristics consistent with being highly accountable to results.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands (are those that are required and performed with or without an accommodation) The work environment is a typical office environment which may include excessive noise, confined workspaces, the need to lift and/or move up to 10lbs, and an equal amount of time sitting and working with computers as well as actively moving around campus. Should have a professional home workspace for remote working hours.
