As a Client Services Professional within our Business Advisory Solutions practice you will be part of our dynamic growth by generating new client engagement opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop a thorough knowledge of the market, our competitors and the solutions and services that the Company provides

Develop and foster relationships with new/potential client’s personnel in the areas of accounting, finance, internal audit, and risk, regulatory complianceand finance transformation

Execute best practices in generating leads, meeting activity, issues analysis, engaging subject matter experts across our firm in a collaborative, solution selling process

Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

Use knowledge of the market and competitors to advance the Company’s unique selling proposition and differentiators

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in revenue

Understand how to engage internal resources and expertise to manage and run point with multi-buyer, complex business opportunities

Collaborate with practice leadership to deliver proposals, pricing, and negotiate significant deal opportunities

Collaborate with colleagues from the Company’s Line of Service Consulting, Recruitment and Search Practices to confer how each client issue needs can be solved

Contribute in internal (Company) and external (client, prospects, targets) debriefs

As needed, support and leverage relationships with our current technology partnerships

Manage key activity, pipeline and revenue KPIs as agreed upon with management

Develop account timelines and related budgets

Core Experience Requirements:

Hands on experience developing and implementing sales strategies across key clients

Proven success driving all aspect of the sales life-cycle in a professional resourcing and consulting environment

Track record of exceeding revenue and profit quotas across multiple clients, industries and markets

Ability to work with key client and Eliassen’s leaders to ensure successful client outcomes

Experience in relationship building that results in increases account penetration, opportunities and revenue with new and existing clients

Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company

Experience building consensus and achieving goals through influence

Aptitude to negotiate and concisely communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing

Demonstrable ability to leverage pre-existing network of contacts in the marketplace

Perform administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: populating files, spreadsheets and systems such as Salesforce; completing weekly progress reports; and ensuring data is accurately populated

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields

A minimum of 2 years of business development experience

Strong networking and persuasion skills

Experience prospecting new clients

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of professionalism

Ability to research client’s needs and identify client challenges

Strong interest and acumen for sales lead generation and prospecting

Ability to meet revenue goals

Experience with Microsoft Office

Ability to informally mentor less experienced team members

Base Range: $75,000 - $110,000

The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15 days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
