Executive Director, ERP Cloud - Supply Chain - IS Applications

Overview The Executive Director of IS Applications at Providence St. Joseph Health leads application excellence and strategic innovation for third‑party business applications related to supply chain. This role can be based in Renton, WA; Redmond, WA; Portland, OR; or Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute application roadmaps, leading implementation efforts and ensuring robust production support.

Manage vendor partnerships and budgets, mentoring a team of directors, managers, and staff.

Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to integrate application development and product launches.

Maintain application integrity, ensuring integration success and accountability across business relationships.

Explore emerging technologies and build connections with industry thought leaders.

Elevate core application functions for the enterprise and caregivers, enhancing service delivery.

Oversee application KPIs and budgets, developing strategic initiatives to achieve financial goals.

Foster consensus and action among diverse perspectives, managing and escalating critical issues.

Align application roadmaps with organizational strategies, supporting Epic programs such as Gold Stars and Honor Roll.

Implement, manage and support Oracle ERP Cloud and third‑party applications in the supply chain area.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in Information Services leadership and 5 years in the healthcare sector managing supply chain application portfolios.

Experience implementing, managing and supporting IT applications in the supply chain area.

Knowledge of supply‑chain business processes and best practices, preferably in healthcare.

Advanced application certification upon hire for specific suites.

Strong analytical, communication, and team‑building skills.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completion.

Strategic balance between organizational objectives and customer needs, respecting cultural nuances.

Operational proficiency in organizing responsibilities amid dynamic demands and managing systems efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities.

Experience with Epic applications and vendor strategies.

Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, and performance bonuses.

Salary

Renton, WA or Irvine, CA: Minimum $78.33, Maximum $138.50 per hour.

Portland, OR: Minimum $75.14, Maximum $132.87 per hour.

Work Schedule Hybrid schedule: three days onsite, two days remote. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the area they support.
