Job Description Talent Groups is seeking a leader to support an enterprise organization undergoing a large scale ERP and Supply Chain transformation. This is a high impact leadership role responsible for modernizing a complex, highly siloed application landscape into a scalable and integrated Oracle based ecosystem.
This role will lead both technology strategy and business process transformation across supply chain domains and serve as a key partner to business and IT leadership.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the roadmap for enterprise Supply Chain Applications
Lead large scale ERP and supply chain transformation initiatives beyond a lift and shift approach
Align technology strategy with business objectives and operational outcomes
Business Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders across supply chain and operations
Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
Drive end to end process optimization across source to pay and order to cash
Technology and Architecture
Lead architecture and platform decisions for Oracle based supply chain systems
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
Partner with system integrators and vendors to support delivery execution
Oversee integrations between Oracle platforms and Workday
Operational Excellence
Ensure stability and performance of enterprise applications
Implement service management discipline to reduce incidents and improve delivery
Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
Team and Financial Management
Lead and mentor a team of more than 20 professionals across enterprise applications
Manage multimillion dollar budgets including project and operational spend
Oversee vendor relationships and drive cost optimization
Required Qualifications
12 or more years of experience in enterprise applications with a focus on supply chain
Proven track record leading ERP and supply chain transformations
Deep understanding of supply chain business processes including inventory, logistics, warehousing, and vendor management
Strong experience with Oracle ERP and SCM platforms with Cloud preferred
Ability to lead architecture decisions and resolve complex technical challenges
Experience partnering with system integrators and third party vendors
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Prior hands on ERP configuration experience
Experience integrating Oracle with Workday
Exposure to AI driven tools that enhance ERP productivity
Experience in large, complex, multi entity environments
