Job Summary
Adprime is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive with experience in the hospital and healthcare sector to drive revenue growth by calling on healthcare agencies and direct client accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital advertising, with hands‑on experience managing and selling display and programmatic campaigns. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to translate client needs into effective advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with healthcare agencies and direct healthcare/hospital clients
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the healthcare and hospital market
Sell and manage digital advertising solutions, with a focus on display and programmatic campaigns
Work closely with internal campaign management and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Educate clients on campaign strategy, targeting, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and media plans tailored to healthcare clients
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to clients
Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity tracking in CRM systems
Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and digital advertising best practices
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, hospital systems, or healthcare‑related advertising
Proven experience calling on agencies and direct clients
Strong understanding of digital advertising, including display and programmatic platforms
Experience managing or overseeing digital campaigns from planning through optimization
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling media, ad tech, or digital marketing solutions in healthcare
Familiarity with HIPAA‑compliant advertising practices
Experience working with DSPs, ad servers, and analytics platforms
