Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find talented Marketing Specialists with experience in a variety of skill sets for multiple positions for the largest health insurance providers in California.

Job Title:

Marketing Specialist

Location:

Remote (California)

Duration:

6-12 Months

Role 1: Content Manager

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality

Manage campaign performance tracking, reporting, and analysis

Oversee marketing materials, including print and digital collateral

Coordinate print production, delivery, and online publishing

Support data extraction and analysis for campaign and content performance

Role 2: Paid Media Specialist

Manage and optimize campaigns across paid media platforms

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using data visualization tools

Work with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets (including VLOOKUPs)

Prepare performance reports and presentations for stakeholders

Role 3: Direct Mail / Print Production Specialist

Develop healthcare-related marketing materials and collateral

Manage direct mail and print production processes

Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns

Lead project management activities including budgeting, planning, operations, vendor management, and reporting

Education

Bachelor's degree is preferred

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40- $45 /hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
