Sr Sales Rep Leadless Therapy CRM - OKC, Tulsa, Lubbock

Position Overview You will manage sales and technical support for Medtronic Micra VR & AV, EV-ICD, TYRX, and future transcatheter/leadless technologies. The role requires living within the territory, traveling up to 80% of the time, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Sales Execution and Market Development:

Execute strategies and plans to achieve/exceed sales quota, maintain existing business, develop new opportunities, collaborate with CRM sales leaders, manage inventory, build relationships, respond to customer requests, represent company at industry conferences, maintain knowledge of IFUs and competitive landscape.

Technical and Clinical Expertise:

Provide clinical expertise, support implanting centers, ensure site activation, assist with procedure support and educational activities, maintain knowledge of clinical evidence, report device complaints, liaise with R&D.

Educational Support:

Collaborate with TFEs for training activities, procedure simulators, staff in‑services, patient selection training, educational dissemination.

Professional Development, Administrative, and Communication:

Assist training of new hires, sign off for MTEs, submit expense reports, schedule travel, maintain credentialing, communicate market intelligence promptly, uphold professional communication standards.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

5+ years of hospital sales experience in cardiac electrophysiology or cardiovascular implantable products, or 2 years of Micra sales experience plus 3 years in related fields.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting cardiac pacemakers, transcatheter/leadless technology, electrophysiology, wires, catheters, delivery systems.

Strong understanding of cardiac/vascular anatomy and physiology.

Excellent communication, influencing, consulting, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Experience managing multiple accounts and teaching medical personnel.

Project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Strong work ethic and ability to adjust to fast‑paced environments.

Physical Job Requirements

Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and off‑site meetings; required to be independently mobile and drive ~80% of the time.

Frequent 2‑handed lifting of up to 40 lbs., sitting/standing/walking up to 8+ hours per day, bending, stooping, and using hands to handle tools.

Ability to use mobile phone, PC, keyboard, mouse; meet vision requirements; wear lead vests during procedures.

Travel Requirements Minimum travel of 20% of the time.
