
Measurement Solutions Specialist

LiveRamp TV Measurement is looking for a motivated, expertly organized, and supremely thorough Measurement Solutions Specialist. The Measurement Solutions Specialist will be responsible for execution excellence across a full portfolio of measurement customers, covering a range of project complexities and deliverable responsibilities. This person will be a critical member of the LiveRamp TV Measurement day‑to‑day customer operations and will have a direct impact on the future of the business.
Hybrid location This is a hybrid, 2 days a week in‑office position in San Francisco, New York City or Seattle.
You will:
Guide the customer onboarding for the LiveRamp Cross‑Media Intelligence product by creatively solving against customer goals.
Interact with incoming requests from sales, customers, and other team members regarding product capabilities and apply critical thinking toward answering technical questions.
Design new and improve upon operational processes.
Use data insight skills to evaluate measurement components ranging from raw logs to sophisticated model data, ensuring the highest quality measurement projects.
Develop strong relationships with teammates, customers, and partner contacts to achieve a reputation of consistent and timely delivery of project milestones.
Your team will: Be the center point between sales, customer success, data analysts, and product and engineering functions. Ultimately responsible for designing and managing the measurement projects through extensively applied technical skills and a deep comprehension of customer objectives, source data, and model results.
About you:
Applied experience with digital or linear advertising operations.
Proven coordination of projects across overlapping priorities and an array of internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to internal and external stakeholders.
A strategic/creative thinker and problem solver who uses facts, data, and storytelling to support reasoning.
Able to work in ambiguous situations and with minimal intervention from senior management.
3+ years of advertising experience (operations or analyst functions preferred).
4+ years of professional customer‑facing and operational or project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Preferred Skills:
Hands‑on involvement with preparing and/or interpreting data analytics; advertising data experience is a significant plus.
Experience utilizing Excel and/or SQL in data manipulation and data analysis.
Functional knowledge of site tag managers and pixel tracking.
Functional knowledge of digital advertising (e.g., IAB standard events, VAST, SSAI).
Functional knowledge of linear TV advertising (e.g., buying rhythms, programmer operations).
Experience with advertising attribution or measurement.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $92,500 to $140,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
