We create a blend of live & digital events that drive corporate innovation. We are looking for an ambitious and driven Tradeshow Event Sales executive to help us grow our Data & Analytics / People Analytics portfolios.
Responsibilities
The role will work cross-functionally to engage internal stakeholders, represent the brand in outbound communications, and drive engagement with a global prospect base.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies that generate interest, build pipeline, and support overall revenue growth for AE.
First month focused on learning IQPC Exchange’s sales process, mastering prospecting tools and techniques, and gaining a strong understanding of the events industry. Goal: new hires to become confident in independently sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities.
Performance measured by success in achieving daily and weekly activity goals, including outbound calls, emails, and qualified meeting generation.
Prospecting, Networking, and Lead Generation (80%)
CRM Management and Administrative Support (20%)
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, customer service, or event marketing preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong time management skills with the ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings.
Experience working toward KPIs or quotas in a B2B or solution-selling environment is a plus.
Requirements for Success
Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns to senior executives.
Collaborative and proactive in supporting the AE and overall pipeline success.
Ability to craft personalized, compelling messaging aligned to campaign goals and sales stages.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead qualification.
Experience using tools such as Microsoft Office, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with OSC and Seamless.AI is a plus.
