It involves building strong personal and collaborative partnerships to meet or surpass sales goals, thereby increasing revenue, membership, and earnings. This role also requires working closely with colleagues to uphold the Aetna Brand promise for Plan Sponsors and Producers. By establishing effective structure, consistent sales practices, and active broker or consultant engagement in the market, it supports sales growth aligned with enterprise objectives.**\*\*In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation\*\*****Fundamental Components:*** Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to deliver our value proposition message, create RFP opportunities and sell new business in line with sales plan expectations.* Must have thorough understanding our supplemental health products, market positioning, enrollment, technology partnerships, product placement, and strategies to boost participation. They need comprehensive knowledge of new business implementation and account management processes.* Analyzes competitive environment to support and improve pricing, underwriting and product development strategies as well as service approach and sales efforts.* Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with all constituents (producers, plan sponsors, providers, customers, regulatory agencies).* Recruits, attracts, and retains a diverse workforce and engages and develops them through mentoring, coaching, and making available tools and resources.* Partners with cross-functional team and represents sales to ensure internal and external constituent needs are met; removes organizational barriers that impact cross-functional work required to ieve results.* Educates constituents on Aetna specific policies, product information, and procedures as well as industry issues and related current key business issues.**Experience:*** 7-9 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.* Demonstrated expereince leading a high performing Sales team.* Extensive expereince with Supplemental Health products, including Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident Plans.* Ability to travel as required.**Education:*** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.* Health & Life licensed. **Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$105,000.00 - $231,132.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
