Job Summary The Sales & Training Executive (STE) is responsible for driving sales through managing, developing, and increasing the overall growth of spa accounts within their territory and identifying and securing new business accounts that support meeting their goals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed esthetician with an extensive background in selling skincare to high-end spas/salons, a passion for the skin care industry, excellent time‑management skills, and a relentless desire to hit sales targets. An active list of contacts is preferred. This role will be a brand ambassador to our spa/independent sales channel.

What You Will Do

You will effectively promote and manage all spa/salon, hotel/resort business in the designated region based in New York City Metro supporting East Coast accounts.

You will develop and initiate business tactics to achieve and exceed sales goals.

You will identify areas of opportunities within existing clients’ brand representation.

You will continually prospect and open new accounts.

You can effectively present and persuade potential clients for new business and product and treatment launches.

You will educate client teams on brand, product knowledge and hands‑on treatment protocols.

You will develop and maintain a comprehensive call cycle to ensure all clients are supported.

You will manage the entire onboarding process for new accounts, including training.

You will identify regular education calendar scheduling to coincide with field visits.

You will deliver and execute best‑in‑class customer service to clients and client’s team.

You will build positive and impactful relationships with client partners.

You will collaborate and maintain consistent communication with accounts and internal management.

You will strategize, plan, and execute successful seasonal events and promotional activities.

You will implement and execute individual marketing initiatives.

You will assist with managing proper stock and inventory levels when needed.

You will offer support via materials, collateral, and sampling on a regular and timely basis.

You will handle and resolve problems or customer complaints.

You will manage territory budget to conform with company guidelines.

You will attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, conference calls, and trade shows when applicable.

Who You Are

You have a minimum of 3 years equivalent experience in the Professional Skincare space (highly preferred).

You are a licensed Esthetician.

You have proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

You have demonstrated ability to assess, analyze, and identify trends in the business.

You are experienced in successful budget management.

You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business partnerships.

You can work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

You are self‑motivated and able to work independently.

You can work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

You have excellent verbal, non‑verbal, and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.

You have proficiency in all Microsoft™ Office programs and other analytical tools.

This role requires being in the field a minimum of 4 days per week. The other 1 day would be considered an office day. Travel: up to 60%.

You have a valid driver’s license (required).

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job‑specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.

Salary $109,920 - $164,880 / year
