Overview Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for a Brand Marketing Senior Manager – High End Architecture to shape how Lutron is experienced, understood, and valued within the commercial, high‑end architecture and specification market. This position is based in Conshohocken, PA.

In this role, you will define Lutron’s identity, translating insight into meaning and strategy into a compelling narrative that resonates across the design ecosystem. You will connect customer insight, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to a clear and differentiated identity strategy, strengthening Lutron’s relevance and long‑term brand equity.

In close partnership with commercial leadership, you will ensure Lutron’s voice, story, and presence are consistently expressed across every touchpoint, from digital experiences to physical environments. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of strategy and creativity, requiring both intellectual rigor and a strong point of view to influence how Lutron shows up in the world.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve Lutron’s commercial identity, including narrative, tone, messaging architecture, and positioning within the high‑end architectural market

Establish a cohesive identity framework that resonates across architects, lighting designers, developers, and enterprise stakeholders

Ensure consistent and high‑quality identity expression across digital platforms, physical environments, and customer experiences

Translate customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis into strategic positioning and go‑to‑market direction

Partner with Insights & Research to interpret findings and apply them to identity strategy and brand evolution

Develop and elevate storytelling frameworks that inform campaigns, content strategy, and thought leadership within the design community

Guide creative direction in collaboration with communications and marketing teams to ensure alignment with identity strategy

Shape the long‑term marketing strategy and identity roadmap across commercial spec‑grade segments

Align messaging with customer archetypes and journeys within the architecture and design ecosystem

Influence execution across earned, owned, and paid channels to ensure consistency and impact

Define and elevate Lutron’s experiential presence at industry events, showrooms, and customer engagements

Partner with Sales and Events teams to deliver immersive, identity‑driven experiences that reinforce Lutron’s leadership in design and innovation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required

10+ years of professional work experience in brand strategy, strategic marketing, customer insights, competitive intelligence, or storytelling‑driven roles

Experience in architecture, design, lighting, hospitality, luxury, or innovation‑driven industries strongly preferred

Proven ability to translate insights into strategic positioning, narrative frameworks, and creative direction

Experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross‑functional alignment

Proven understanding of the specification community and commercial customer landscape

Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire and align stakeholders
