Field Sales Consultant, E-Commerce/Retail/OTC Sales – National Accounts

Job Summary The eCommerce Consultant is responsible for owning and managing a defined book of business while actively prospecting and developing new customer relationships. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership value through strategic engagement across the digital healthcare ecosystem.

The Consultant works closely with their customer base to identify growth opportunities, optimize digital purchasing and engagement, and deliver on agreed-upon outcomes. Internally, the role partners cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met and deliverables are achieved.

Through daily customer interactions, the eCommerce Consultant drives the execution and evolution of the eCommerce strategy, fostering adoption, growth, and retention within their assigned customer segment. This role is primarily focused on the digital healthcare space and requires a strong understanding of healthcare environments, digital engagement models, and eCommerce solutions that support patient care and operational efficiency.

Focus areas include driving new business, expanding penetration within existing accounts, and enabling customers to leverage digital tools, data, and platforms to improve outcomes and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a defined book of business, including customer strategy, retention, and growth

Prospect and acquire new customers within the digital healthcare segment

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted advisor relationships

Identify and execute on opportunities to grow revenue through digital solutions and eCommerce capabilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and meet performance commitments

Drive customer adoption and optimization of digital platforms, tools, and services

Influence and execute eCommerce strategy through day-to-day customer engagement and insights

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and customer documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of 4 years of related sales, eCommerce, consulting, or account management experience

Prior experience in healthcare, digital healthcare, or digital commerce environments strongly preferred

Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive both new customer acquisition and account growth

Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes

Ability to travel less than 25% of the time

Proven product or solution knowledge within the relevant business or digital segment

Valid driver’s license

Completes work independently and receives general guidance on new initiatives

Work is reviewed primarily for achievement of objectives and results

May act as a mentor, coach, or resource to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated pay range $121,714 - $156,342 (includes targeted variable pay)
