Overview
2020 Companies has partnered with a global consumer product brand advancing a smoke‑free future through responsible, sustainable innovation in the retail environment for a specialized program focused on duty‑free locations along the Northern and Southern U.S. borders. This full‑time role is responsible for driving sales and maximizing retail success by ensuring merchandising standards are met and building brand awareness and advocacy among retail personnel. Through these efforts, you will ensure that retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable about our client’s unique selling points and are actively recommending our products to consumers before competitors do, to build mindshare.
The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (Spanish) professional capable of managing extensive travel to ensure our client’s products are the top recommendation in every store.

Daily travel within territory, overnights, and quarterly flights to the US Northern Border
Pay Pay:
$25 with 10% Quarterly Incentive

Job Description
Ensure client's retail brand standards are maintained by inspecting branded displays and marketing materials
Partner with store leaders on solutions for pricing or merchandising issues to improve brand visibility
Execute merchandising changes and resets, including placement or removal of devices, marketing material, and POP
Conduct surveys of in-store branded fixtures and displays and record findings in Salesforce
Confirm display areas are clean, stocked, and available for customers to purchase
Drive sales within your assigned territory by building brand awareness and advocacy with retail sales personnel
Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays and customer feedback
Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Client Manager
Performance Measurements
All Home Market assigned locations should be visited once every 2 weeks, with each visit lasting up to 2 hours.
Visit Remote Market locations at least once per quarter
Establish, maintain, and influence business relationships through increased shelf space and consistent productivity.
Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each location visit
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish) required to support consumers and staff at border entry locations
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Valid US Driver’s License and Current Passport required for frequent travel to duty‑free shops at Northern and Southern US borders
Ability to travel extensively with frequent overnight stays
High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
Excellent communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to move and transport display materials, most of the time under 25 pounds
