Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties
Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, including those with TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.
