About the Role We are seeking Commercial Real Estate Appraisers to join our growing team in multiple U.S. markets. This role is ideal for professionals who value quality work, flexibility, and collaboration while building long-term careers in commercial valuation. You’ll work on a variety of commercial property types, supported by a strong national platform, local market expertise, and centralized administrative resources—so you can focus on appraisal work, not paperwork.
Responsibilities
Analyze market data, comparable sales, income, and cost approaches
Appraise a range of property types including Office, Retail, and Special-use properties (as applicable)
Communicate with clients and internal team members throughout assignments
Manage deadlines while maintaining high quality and consistency
Participate in peer review and quality control processes as needed
Qualifications
Strong understanding of USPAP and appraisal methodologies
2-5 years commercial appraisal experience preferred (varies by level)
Strong analytical, writing, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team
Proficiency with appraisal software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
