The Opportunity We are seeking a production-oriented valuation professional to support commercial real estate appraisal and business valuation workflows. This role would be an important component of our production team, with tremendous opportunity for growth and leading the forefront of innovation in this industry.
This is a hybrid role designed for an individual that meets ONE of the following criteria:
CFA or CPA with the ASA designation. Preference for a CPA with audit, valuation or forensic focus or experience; preferably with 3-7 years professional valuation experience.
MAI designation with 5-10 years experience with 3-10 years professional appraisal experience.
You will contribute directly to appraisal and valuation production workflows in a cloud-based technology environment, working alongside senior leadership across appraisal, accounting, and technology to deliver high-quality, defensible work product in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Produce commercial real estate appraisals and/or valuation analyses
Apply appropriate valuation methodologies
Analyze property-level and financial data
Contribute to integrated valuation deliverables
Collaborate across sales, account management, appraisal, accounts receivable, legal, and technology teams
Maintain high standards of quality control, accuracy, and compliance
Support development of internal valuation tools and workflows
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and clients
Required Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)
MUST
reside in or relocate to Tampa Bay, Florida area
MUST
be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
MUST
have an ASA or CPA/ABV designation
Core Competencies Required
Experience with commercial real estate and real estate transactions / settlement
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Self-directed; Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize toward deadlines, and triage assignments
Exceptional professional communication skills
Tech-forward mindset, comfort using automated valuation software and AI tools
