Franchise Business Consultant – Northwest Region
Full‑time, multiple states (Northwest Region). Must be based in Northern California; frequent travel required.

Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic seeks a dynamic Franchise Business Consultant to support franchise clinics in achieving operational excellence and growth. The role partners with franchise owners to provide coaching, business insights, and operational support, focusing on results and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a business partner, supporting franchise owners across operations, finance, staffing, marketing, and patient experience.
Coach franchisees on staffing strategies, onboarding, and team development.
Provide guidance and tools for measuring and enhancing the patient experience.
Review profit & loss statements and offer data‑informed recommendations.
Support site selection and new clinic development, including market strategy and licensing execution.
Collaborate with franchisees to increase active membership and implement growth strategies through marketing and patient retention.
Encourage participation in local marketing co‑ops and enhance regional brand presence.
Analyze clinic performance metrics to identify opportunities and coach toward improvement.
Help maintain staffing levels to support clinic hours and patient access.
Partner with new franchisees to launch clinics and meet operational and financial targets in the first year.
Encourage growth and expansion among top‑performing franchisees while coaching underperformance.
Build relationships with franchisees through communication, trust, and partnership focus.
Promote participation in system‑wide meetings, training, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
3+ years of multi‑unit operations experience, preferably in franchising, retail, health, or wellness.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to coach and influence franchise owners or managers.
Strong generalist skill set: staffing, training, marketing, financial planning, and patient experience.
Experience analyzing P&Ls and creating actionable improvement plans.
Understanding of real estate/site selection and license agreement processes.
Experience with local marketing co‑ops (plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build partnerships.
Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a field‑based environment.
Location Support franchisees in the Northwest; requires frequent daily and weekly travel within the field. Preference for candidates based in Northern California.
Compensation
$100,000–$110,000 DOE plus incentive compensation.
