Personal Lines Account Manager (Remote/Hybrid)

Compensation Package
Salary Range : $58,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
Incentives :
20% commission on new business written
10% commission on rounding out accounts
Annual performance bonus

Work Arrangement :
Hybrid (1-2 days in the office) or fully remote for candidates in the Northeast region
Responsibilities As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:
Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, handling all aspects from start to finish ('soup to nuts').
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Quote and process new and renewal business for accounts up to $10,000 in size.
Collaborate with carriers such as Plymouth Rock, MAPFRE, Andover, Vermont Mutual, Concord, Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, and Travelers.
Utilize software systems including AMS 360 and ImageRight, with a transition to EPIC planned in the near future.
Work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license is highly preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one within six months of hire.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (open to candidates with captive experience).
Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight is preferred; familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Work Ethic : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
