Overview As a customer service representative, you will interact with clients and our internal team to assist customers with pest control needs. You will answer customer questions, manage schedules, and handle administrative tasks related to day‑to‑day business operations, including customer relations, service notifications, account set‑up and maintenance, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries and provide pest control information.

Manage schedules for service appointments.

Perform administrative tasks for day‑to‑day operations.

Maintain customer accounts, including set‑up, updates, and notifications.
