Job Description Solution Marketing Manager – Juniper's marketing team is seeking an exceptional marketing professional ready to work with a high-performing team. The role reports to the Director of Product/Solution Marketing. The position requires solid technical acumen and excellent communication skills (verbal & written). The individual will develop clear product and solution messaging and define and execute marketing strategies to effectively land in market. Deliverables include customer-facing materials and sales enablement assets such as product collateral, presentations, thought leadership content, videos, blogs, whitepapers, media/analyst material, and other marketing assets.

We are looking for a high caliber, energetic, and creative marketing professional who can own, drive and accelerate our cloud infrastructure growth across all customer segments. Motivation and general talent and potential are more important than specific experience for this role.

Location The position is based anywhere within the U.S. (remote work).

Roles and Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, field marketing, and corporate communications. You excel at unraveling complex technical concepts and communicating them to various audiences.

Develop and manage compelling product/solution content in partnership with technical solutions teams, product management, broader product marketing, and field marketing. You enjoy creating high quality, provocative, written content for different audiences.

Drive the creation and execution of cloud, service provider, and enterprise segment marketing campaigns.

Own and monitor market trends and competitive shifts.

Analyze customer and sales data where appropriate to guide strategic marketing plans and provide insights to product management and other stakeholders.

Possess strong project management skills and demonstrate the ability to execute complex programs successfully and keep teams on track.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product/technical marketing, product management, or sales enablement in the networking industry.

2+ years in professional services/consulting/industry analyst environment (desired).

Content maven. Enjoy developing compelling, clear, interesting content for sales teams and end customers.

Dependable self-starter, taking ownership of and executing projects to drive success for the business, working independently and within a team.

Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be organized and dependable. Meets deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Strong experience in one or more of the following technology areas: cloud/virtualization, data center, network automation, routing, switching.

Bachelor's degree required, MBA desired.

Salary Expected salary/wage range: United States of America – Annual Salary USD 111,000 - 211,000 in Colorado; 120,000 - 243,000 in California; 105,500 - 243,000 in Georgia & North Carolina & Texas. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
