Brand Ambassador
– create a welcoming, comfortable store environment; deliver exceptional customer service and model professionalism.
Relationship Builder
– connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questioning, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs and drive sales.
Product and Services Expert
– sell devices, plans, and services, meet or exceed individual performance goals, simplify technology, and stay current on promotions and product knowledge.
Store Key Support
– as a senior team member, handle opening and closing responsibilities, ensure the store is secure and ready to serve guests, and support a smooth store experience.
Compensation The wage for this position is between $21.00 - $22.00/hour, plus uncapped commission.
Position classified as modified full‑time, 30–39 hours per week. Most employees work ~35 hours per week.
What You will need
High school diploma required.
1–2 years of retail keyholder experience, preferably in a consultative, customer‑focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, and walking.
Ability to move around the store and assist customers with merchandise as needed.
