Position Overview Real Estate Analyst – 12‑Month Contract

Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080 Working model: Hybrid (Three days onsite, Two remote)

Interview format: Two rounds (1 - Virtual, 2 - onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the real estate business.

Manage scheduling of meetings, handle paperwork, coordinate transactions, and assist the Real Estate Strategy (RES) team with transaction, compliance, and operations tasks.

Support the end‑to‑end execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing by assisting due diligence, preparing closing documents, and contributing to lease reviews.

Coordinate internal teams (Legal, Finance, Site Ops, Design & Construction) and external stakeholders (brokers, landlords, tenants) to meet transaction timelines and milestones.

Update and maintain project trackers and monitor critical lease documentation for compliance with property disclosures, insurance requirements, and move‑out conditions.

Manage key lease dates (renewals, expirations) and oversee office operations including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Support internal coordination for property management and project agreements.

Skills & Expertise

Excellent written and verbal communication; exceptional articulation; interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking; forward‑looking, problem‑solving, agile decision‑making.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Project management experience—leading initiatives focused on strategic planning and execution; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in a corporate or administrative role, preferably in Real Estate, Legal, or Finance.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business Administration, or related field; or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree.

Familiarity with Lease Harbor and MyBuy systems is a plus.

Ability to manage processes and relationships within a highly matrixed organization and cross‑functional teams.
