Director of Operations PACNW

Bright Talent, Inc., Seattle, WA, United States

Our client is hiring Regional Directors of Operations to lead multi-site performance across the Pacific Northwest.

Our client isn’t just growing - they are scaling with purpose.

With 120+ clinics across 19 states (and expanding rapidly), our client is building a national dermatology platform rooted in clinical excellence, operational discipline, and a fiercely patient-first mindset. Their model is sophisticated—but the culture stays personal, physician-led, and values-driven.

As they continue to expand, they’re adding a

Regional Director of Operations

to lead performance across their Pacific Northwest market. This is a high-impact, newly created leadership role focused on multi-site operational excellence, physician partnership, and scalable growth—without losing what makes them special.

This role supports the Pacific Northwest region and

must be based in the Seattle or Portland

area, near a major airport. The position requires approximately 60% travel, with significant time spent in the field supporting clinic teams and physician leaders. When not traveling, the role offers remote flexibility.

Relocation assistance will be considered for candidates open to moving to the Seattle area.

If you thrive in high-growth healthcare environments, excel at leading geographically dispersed teams, and know how to balance people, performance, and profitability, this opportunity was built for you.
