Sectr partners is recruiting for a Regional Optometry Director for a growing PE backed optometry organization. The position will oversee clinics across the Pacific Northwest region of the US. Responsibilities

Increase revenue by meeting KPIs and optimizing billing. Ensure compliance, timely claims, and AR management. Report monthly RCM KPIs. Partner with office managers, leadership, and IT to improve patient experience and data integrity. Support accounting on revenue recognition. Lead integration of acquired clinics. Drive profitability and innovation through data-driven strategies. Mentor office managers to build high-performing teams. Requirements

Must have Optometry Operations experience Must have multi-site clinic experience Must be able to travel across Alaska, Washington & Idaho
