Regional Operations Director

SECTR Partners is currently partnered with a PE backed multi-state Ophthalmology & Optometry organization who are seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee their multi-specialty clinics in the Maryland region.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of Ophthalmology/Optometry clinics, driving bottom line revenue growth and patient satisfaction.

Train and support mid level managers and supervisors, fostering a co-operative working environment.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives in line with short and long term goals.

Improve utilization of specialty and premium programs to drive organic clinic revenue growth.

Develop and deliver financial reports and forecasts for operational changes.

Requirements:

Must have either Ophthalmology or Optometry experience, both is preferred.

Must have a minimum 3 years multi-site clinic Operations experience.

Must have strong financial credentials and proven experience in financial forecasting and reporting.

Proven leadership abilities, fostering and growing clinic staff.
