Import Trade Compliance Specialist (Temp) – Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Pay Rate:
$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Join our leading logistics team as an Import Trade Compliance Specialist! If you have at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or customs compliance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting international trade, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and verify import/export entry data, log results, and file documents for easy retrieval
Escalate errors in filings and communicate required corrections
Generate Excel and Word reports explaining errors and documenting findings
Support protest filings and help prepare entry documentation
Coordinate with clients, shippers, and partners locally and globally
Assist management with departmental projects and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 1 year in administrative freight forwarding or customs compliance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Oracle, and familiarity with Customs/FDA clearance
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information and prioritize tasks effectively
