Position Summary
Intellectual Property Litigation Associate at a growing AmLaw 200 firm offering a flexible hybrid schedule and a competitive salary of $200,000 - $280,000 per year. The firm is a full‑service law practice with a global reach, dedicated to delivering sophisticated IP litigation solutions.
Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of IP litigation tasks with a focus on patent litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive IP litigation documents
Support fact and expert discovery, including depositions and technical analysis
Work closely with partners, clients, and technical experts on case strategy
Conduct legal research and assist with oral advocacy preparation
Manage deadlines, filings, and case logistics across multiple active matters
Qualifications
Experience in IP litigation from a leading law firm (required)
Background or academic training in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (preferred)
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Outstanding academic credentials
Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple workstreams independently
Interest in developing technical and strategic litigation skills
