Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for High Performers to join their team! This role is the frontline of our member experience, handling a blend of inbound inquiries and outbound account updates. Salary: $23.5 - $24 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Handle a mix of inbound inquiries and outbound outreach regarding account status, member complaints, and general inquiries. Utilize your experience to de-escalate sensitive situations and ensure every member feels heard and supported. Assist members by setting up and managing transportation requests through our internal ordering system. Ensure every interaction is documented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Identify complex issues and route calls to the appropriate departments for final resolution. Show full independence and consistent quality to earn the opportunity for partial work from home (following initial onsite training). Utilize your experience with EPIC or Foundations (Member Benefits Eligibility) to hit the ground running, or quickly master these tools through our training program.
