We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of project management and content management, you'll be the person who keeps our content world running smoothly.

We produce a large and growing library of cybersecurity awareness training videos across multiple topics and languages. Your job is to make sure that content is organized, up to date, easy to find, and delivered on time, both internally and to our customers.

What you'll do: Content Library Management (primary focus)

Own and maintain our content library, videos, metadata, tags, versions, and translations across multiple languages

Build and enforce naming conventions, folder structures, and categorization systems

Ensure content is always accurate, accessible, and up to date for internal teams and customers

Content Production Workflows

Track and manage the progress of content projects from request to delivery

Create and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status updates using tools like Monday.com or Asana

Identify and flag bottlenecks before they become problems

Cross-Team Coordination

Act as the operational bridge between CS, Marketing, R&D/Product, and external vendors or freelancers

Communicate clearly and follow up consistently to keep projects moving

Manage relationships with external content contributors and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

Content Creation Support

Occasionally assist with light content tasks such as writing briefs, proofreading, or updating existing materials

What we're looking for: Must-haves

Strong organizational skills! You can manage multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball

Comfortable working independently

Proficiency in spreadsheets and/or Notion for tracking and documentation

Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn project management tools

A proactive, ownership mindset. You flag issues early and suggest solutions

A fast learner who picks up new tools, processes, and domains quickly

Naturally curious, you ask good questions and genuinely want to understand how things work

Nice to haves

Experience in a SaaS, tech, or content-heavy environment

Exposure to LMS platforms

Interest in cybersecurity or B2B marketing

Work in a role with high visibility and room to grow
