This position will support the creative vision and concepting of key client programs, while managing internal and external creative team members. The Associate Creative Director will interface directly with clients and work with a variety of brands that span across different industries. The creative ideas developed in these programs must be innovative, while delivering on key program objectives. The ability to communicate these ideas through creative presentations to clients is a key aspect of this role.
ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptual development of brand experiences, campaigns and consumer engagement strategies that connect brands and consumers in a more meaningful way
Support the overall program strategy and vision for each program, while staying involved through execution to ensure that all objectives are met
Begin to create and lead client creative presentations for review and approval
Work with the broader Episode.1 team to set a high standard for creative development and design
Provide oversight and constructive feedback of all creative design, from 2D/graphic design to 3D/environmental design
Understand each brand’s business objectives and how our programs achieve goals within each of those objectives
Support identify and secure creative resources for each program
Work collaboratively with production and account teams to ensure program success and that timelines are met
Support RFPs and new business pitches with future clients
Stay up to date on industry trends, culture, and best practices to push creative boundaries and continue to elevate output
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of creative experience managing experiential marketing programs - overseeing projects from concepting, to development and through execution
Strong ability to develop innovating creative ideas and strategies
Proven expertise in both 2D and 3D software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup/Rhino, and rendering software/abilities are a plus
Experience building and resourcing a creative team per project needs
Must have great time management skills and a sense of urgency of all projects
Excellent presentation skills - developing new business pitches and creative presentations
Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to strive in a fast paced environment
Daily use of Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point, along with Google Docs and Keynote, along with other creative platforms as needed
Ability to travel (a minimum of 20%) and work non-traditional hours based on program schedules
