Job Responsibilities
Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (50%)
Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
Contribute to design operations, acting as our team authority, to ensure the design team has updated templates, components, Source of Truth. Partner with Program Management to enforce and govern design processes for high-quality deliverables while educating and upskilling team members. (35%)
Education & Experience Required
Degree AND/OR Equivalent (8+ years’ experience in User experience)
Required Skills
Expert Figma skills – specifically around creating components and recipes for design systems, including Make
Up-to-date with the latest features in Figma and knows how and when to apply them
Low/mid and high‑fidelity visuals
Prototyping
IA flows and other experience flow diagrams
Desired Skills
Knowledge of on‑highway and fleet logistics.
Knowledge and/or experience in enterprise native mobile applications
Soft Skills Required
Knowledge and/or experience in equipment mgmt. or adjacent industry such as airlines, mapping apps, Oil & Gas, Fintech or etc.
