Design and evolve Hubble's dashboard: onboard developers, manage fleets, and extract operational signals.

Plan for velocity—think big but ship incremental, validate early, learn quickly, and avoid over‑design.

Design the developer documentation experience in collaboration with engineering and technical writers.

Design the Hubble mobile app, accounting for the mobile context and operator needs in the field.

Consider the full user journey across documentation, APIs, device setup, dashboard, and mobile app.

Build and maintain a scalable design language system with documented components and guidance.

Deliver complete design artifacts—user flows, state coverage, and engineering handoffs—without follow‑up ambiguity.

Leverage AI tools to generate multiple directions, synthesize research, and prototype at useful fidelity.

Participate in PRD reviews and RFC cycles, bringing a design perspective to product and engineering decisions.

Engage directly with developers and enterprise operators to understand problem contexts and shape designs.

Partner with Growth on activation flows and self‑serve content that reduces friction for new developers.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft and UX thinking.

Experience designing for developer audiences across multiple touchpoints (documentation, APIs, dashboards, mobile).

Proficiency in journey mapping, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, visual design, and prototype‑based testing.

Fluency with modern design tools and AI‑assisted workflows that accelerate iteration and exploration.

Strong fundamentals in information architecture, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility.

Experience with developer platforms, IoT, connectivity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS preferred.

Track record designing for both product‑led growth and enterprise motions with understanding of divergent requirements.

Disciplined sprint cadence—produces artifacts on time, communicates clearly, and closes handoff loops.

Experience building design systems that teams actually use, with documentation to enable independent engineering work.

Clear, confident communicator who can present design rationales, hold a point of view, and write UX copy.

Self‑directed, identifies key work, prioritizes effectively, and operates without close direction.
