As a Senior Director, you will play a critical role leading the integration of programmatic and biddable activation within the video investment strategy across CTV and digital video channels. You will serve as a key leader within a newly merged video and programmatic team, driving the transition to a unified activation model.

You will lead the team as the primary point of contact for activation strategy, ensuring programmatic approaches are embedded seamlessly into video plans to improve performance, efficiency, and scale. You will define, execute, and optimize channel strategies and initiatives, ensuring that pacing, performance, and investment are managed effectively to meet client goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with 4+ years leading programmatic and/or video investment teams

Deep expertise in programmatic video buying across CTV and digital video environments

Strong hands‑on experience with DSP platforms and biddable activation strategies

Proven ability to integrate programmatic into broader media strategies to drive performance and efficiency

Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on team development and capability building

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and lead through change in a transforming organization

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations

Luxury or CPG industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the integration of programmatic and video investment, establishing a unified activation approach across CTV and digital video

Drive the transition to a newly merged video and programmatic team, defining workflows, roles, and best practices

Develop and execute biddable video activation strategies, including PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and open exchange

Partner with planning and investment teams to identify opportunities where programmatic can drive incremental reach, efficiency, and performance

Oversee campaign setup, forecasting, budgeting, pacing, and optimization across biddable environments

Support team in extracting insights from performance data and translate into strategic recommendations tied to client business goals

Manage platform and partner relationships (e.g., DSPs, publishers) to support campaign execution

Oversee development of strategic and tactical recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

Lead, mentor, and develop team members, providing ongoing training to build programmatic and video capabilities

Drive innovation through test‑and‑learn initiatives to advance biddable video activation and improve performance

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job‑related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range: $120,000—$230,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, possibly increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
