As the Fiber Marketing Manager, you will lead promotion strategy and execution for the Fiber business unit, developing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive sales, retention, and brand growth across fiber audience segments and fiberhood lifecycles. You will serve as a subject matter expert and key marketing leader, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns and measurable business outcomes.**Responsibilities:****What You Will Do**In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.• Build and execute promotional strategies within the promotion tool, translating tactical promotions into broader marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer growth. • Develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive sales acquisition and customer retention across Fiber audience segments and fiberhood lifecycles, including product launches and go-to-market campaigns. • Analyze sales data, market research, and marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on results. • Collaborate closely with Fiber Sales, Product, Marketing, Digital, Media, and Business Intelligence teams to create and deploy effective marketing strategies. • Serve as the subject matter expert for both the Fiber line of business and brand positioning, translating complex business concepts into clear, actionable marketing strategies. • Develop clear and effective creative briefs, review deliverables for accuracy and alignment, and partner with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality execution. • Act as a marketing lead in Business Unit meetings, providing updates on in-flight and upcoming initiatives, including performance insights and projected sales impact. • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and campaigns while reinforcing C Spire’s brand attributes. • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are aligned with business objectives.This position is an exceptional opportunity to directly influence Fiber growth strategy, marketing performance, and customer engagement.**Qualifications:****What You Will Bring**As a C Spire team member you will bring a relentless obsession to be the best in our industry and a winning mentality, determined to outsmart and outdo competitors.
