Role Overview As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring the successful execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies across digital, content, and paid media platforms. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic lead for assigned client accounts, owning campaign strategy, performance reporting, and ongoing client communication. Translate client business goals into actionable omni-channel marketing strategies spanning SEO, digital PR, content marketing, and AI visibility. Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate campaign execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic partner in their success. Lead recurring client reporting and strategy reviews, translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget. Identify new growth opportunities within client accounts and recommend strategic marketing initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to evolving digital marketing, AI, and branding innovations. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in omni-channel marketing, brand strategy, and digital marketing. Experience managing client relationships and leading marketing strategy in a client-facing or agency environment. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data, tracking KPIs, and translating insights into strategic recommendations. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey marketing insights clearly and effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. SEO and analytics experience is a strong advantage. Passion for creativity, innovation, and measurable marketing success.
