Position: Associate Director of Business Solutions Location: NYC (Hybrid) Start: December Duration: 6–7 months Rate: $55–58/hr Key Responsibilities Translate client business goals into integrated media strategies and plans. Collaborate with senior leadership and activation teams to ensure strategic consistency. Oversee campaign reporting and analysis; present findings and recommendations to clients. Use attribution and analytics to inform media recommendations and optimize future campaigns. Lead quarterly planning and client presentations. Serve as a primary client contact, building trust and anticipating needs. Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Solutions team and ensure high-quality deliverables. Coach and develop junior team members, provide feedback, and support career growth. Who You Are Experienced in media planning and strategy (5–7 years). Strong leader with people management and client relationship skills. Clear and confident communicator and presenter. Analytical, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in marketing principles, data and analytics, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Supportive of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
