Grow your career as Associate Manager, Merchandising within ALG Vacations. The Associate Manager, Merchandising will own and execute co‑operative and sale‑driven marketing across ALG Vacations' B2C digital ecosystem, executing strategy, creative development, partner collaboration, and performance reporting. The position executes co‑op marketing initiatives from annual planning and partner packaging to asset creation, placement optimization, and proof of performance, while managing regular content management system updates across consumer websites to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and timely execution of brand sale content. It ensures brand standards across all digital projects, audits and updates sale, destination, and deal pages, and manages the execution of sale content across email, SMS, and paid media channels. The role also drives merchandising strategy for websites and email calendars, analyzes site performance to identify optimization opportunities, supports new product launches and programs, and oversees specialized initiatives such as the Noble Beach Prize program, partnering closely with creative, content, media, hotels, and government partners to deliver integrated, data‑driven campaigns aligned with business priorities.

Essential Functions
Own and manage co‑operative marketing as it relates to B2C websites, determining original messaging and creative, managing the relationship for approvals with the hotels and governments, and making strategic decisions on whether placements need to be moved to better align with initiatives
Assist in developing the annual co‑op marketing strategy, assist in the creation of partner packages and provide strategic recommendations on pricing and benchmark metrics
Lead asset creation for co‑op and sale campaigns, aligning promotion strategy with media schedules and initiatives, and providing ad copy and creative direction to Creative and Content teams
Audit and update all sale, destination, and deal pages on consumer sites to prevent errors in content/communication for consumers
Own monthly and quarterly reporting across all co‑op campaigns along with providing proof of performance
Manage brand standards across all digital projects from tech/coding to co‑op banner ad creative development and beyond
Analyze website to understand performance and customer interaction with categories, featured product placement and general online shopping experiences to help identify opportunities and wins
Provide marketing support for any new programs, product launches or incentives
Manage the Noble Beach Prize program, including application process, content strategy, and execution of all deliverables
Create, manage, and execute all sale content across channels including email, SMS, paid search, paid social, display, etc.
Manage merchandising of the email calendar and website, recommending featured resorts based on competitive pricing, property demand (“need” resorts), and partner priorities
Coordinate, create and distribute SVP of Consumer Business weekly emails
Additional duties as needed to support new marketing activities
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values

Experience
Minimum 2‑5 years of partnership or brand marketing experience
Experience with a Content Management System, a plus if it is Optimizely
Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships
Project management expertise, able to coordinate cross‑functional teams
Experience and strong understanding of digital merchandising principles
Experience in managing sale content across digital channels
Creative problem‑solving, able to identify new opportunities and innovative campaign and/or sale ideas
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
Experience with Optimizely or back‑end content management, digital commerce, or digital marketing platforms a plus
Familiarity with business management tools such as Teams, Trello, Google Analytics
Experience in Excel
Analytical skills, comfortable using data to evaluate partnership performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities (Google Analytics, Content Square, etc.)
Experience in ChatGPT

The salary range for this position is $64,500-$70,000.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
