This role supports the communications strategy for a diverse portfolio of therapies , including a rare disease franchise . location: Cambridge, Massachusetts job type: Contract work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Key Focus Areas Product Communications - Execute planned communications for milestones and launches (press releases, media strategy, Q&A, etc.) Influencer Campaign Management - Oversee the development and launch of a video-driven influencer campaign spanning media, social, and paid channels. 2026 Strategic Planning - Collaborate with leadership on future product communications strategy. Media & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as primary media contact, managing agency partners and building positive coverage. Internal Communications - Partner with internal teams to keep employees aligned and informed. Qualifications Required Skills 10+ years in pharma/biotech product communications, including milestone, launch, and media strategies. Ability to lead cross-functional and agency teams with confidence. Experience supporting rare disease communications is a plus, but not required. Strong writing, media relations, and campaign leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
