Demand Generation Marketing Manager
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth for Sensiba. This individual will develop scalable demand programs while also executing targeted initiatives aligned to specific industries, buyer personas, and service priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy
Plan and execute demand generation programs that support both self-serve engagement and sales-supported growth models
Align demand strategies with firm growth priorities, service offerings, and revenue goals
Balance scalable programs with targeted, ICP-driven initiatives
ICP Targeting Segmentation
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Practice Leaders to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles by industry, company size, and service needs
Build and manage segmented audiences aligned to ICPs, buyer roles, and lifecycle stages
Ensure demand programs emphasize relevance, quality, and long-term value creation
Campaign Execution and Nurture
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, content promotion, webinars, digital advertising, and other channels
Develop and maintain nurture programs designed for long, trust-based buying cycles common in professional services
Coordinate messaging, timing, and channel mix to deliver a consistent and effective experience
Sales and Business Alignment
Serve as a connective partner across Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Practice Leaders to align demand generation efforts with firm strategy and revenue goals
Collaborate on ICP definition, target account focus, and growth priorities to ensure demand programs reflect business needs
Support the full revenue lifecycle from early engagement through opportunity creation, progression, and expansion
Establish shared processes and feedback loops for lead quality, engagement signals, and sales readiness
Provide visibility into prospect and account engagement to inform coordinated outreach
Incorporate ongoing business feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
Content Activation
Partner with content and practice teams to activate thought leadership, service-specific content, and educational resources
Ensure content is aligned to ICP needs, buyer stages, and service priorities
Digital Advertising Strategy
Own and run the digital advertising strategy across paid search, paid social, and other digital channels
Plan, execute, test, and optimize advertising programs, including audience targeting, messaging, budget allocation, and performance analysis
Ensure digital advertising supports both PLG and SLG motions and aligns with ICP priorities
Tools, Technology, and Analytics
Use and support marketing and sales technology platforms to execute, scale, and optimize demand generation programs
Work within marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce to manage campaigns, lead lifecycle, and reporting
Leverage sales engagement and outbound tools such as Outreach to support coordinated sales and marketing motions
Utilize data enrichment, targeting, and workflow tools such as Clay to support ICP targeting and account-level initiatives
Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure platforms are integrated, data is accurate, and performance measurement supports decision-making
Apply modern and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, personalization, testing, and scalability across demand programs
Success Measures
Quality, engagement, and conversion of ICP-aligned leads and accounts.
Pipeline influenced or generated by demand programs.
Performance, efficiency, and scalability of digital advertising programs.
Effective use of automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.
Clear, actionable insights delivered in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics.
Strong alignment and adoption of demand programs across sales, business development, and practice teams.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field
Experience supporting B2B or professional services organizations
Familiarity with product-led and sales-led growth approaches
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising tools
Strong understanding of ICP targeting, audience segmentation, and account-based marketing approaches
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative and cross‑functional partnership skills
Comfort leveraging AI-enabled and modern marketing tools to drive efficiency and impact
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S.-based positions are determined by geographic location and fall into one of three pay zones, which reflect the cost of labor in that area. The anticipated salary ranges for this position are outlined below and are subject to change:
$86,232.00 - $176,792.00
