Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

* Compliance: Support HUD/Section 8 certifications and documentation.
* Leasing: Handle inquiries, tours, and resident applications.
* Operations: Assist with rent collection, bookkeeping, and unit inspections.
* Resident Service: Provide professional, empathetic support to our community.
What You Bring
* Experience: Section 8/HUD experience strongly preferred.
* Skills: Strong organization and a "resident-first" attitude.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Tech Savvy: Must be proficient in using technology to complete daily tasks (email, digital records, and property software).

* Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance.
* Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
