Technical Sales Engineer
to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in robotics and automation, who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and still loves or has a passion for sales. Responsibilities: Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor to manufacturing clients Use your subject matter expertise to solve complex robotics problems Build and maintain strong customer relationships Drive sales and support the sales process Help identify, progress, and close commercial opportunities Develop customer-focused solutions that address key pain points Contribute to improving sales processes and stakeholder engagement Earn attractive commissions based on your success Qualifications for the role: Background in robotic engineering 2-3 years relevant experience Strong understanding of automation and robotics-related products Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to close commercial deals Self-starter with a focus on hitting goals and KPIs Competitive base salary with - $100,000 – $120,000 High earning potential through commissions Work with a forward-thinking, technical team International travel and growth opportunities Impactful role at the intersection of engineering and sales Seniority level
