About the Role The Card Services Specialist I is responsible for supporting debit and credit card operations, ensuring smooth daily processes, accurate reporting, and exceptional member service. This role plays a key part in maintaining card programs, resolving member issues, and assisting with fraud prevention and dispute processing.
Key Responsibilities
Support member card services with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain debit/credit card accounts, process transactions, and manage daily reports
Assist with fraud alerts, disputes, and chargebacks
Handle card orders, PIN requests, replacements, and account maintenance
Review statements, settlement reports, and card network exceptions
Collaborate with vendors and stay current on card policy and regulatory updates
Provide excellent communication and problem-solving across all member interactions
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of banking or credit union experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions
Solid communication skills—both written and verbal
Proficiency with computer applications and card‑related systems
Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
Office‑based role with light physical activity
