This full-time role includes prospecting for new opportunities, designing incredible spaces, and building relationships. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Be in front of the clients
Participate in handover activities from Salespeople and Account Managers, ensuring all onboarding information is present for service needs
Inquiry, proposal, client presentation, inside of existing accounts
Work with Microsoft and CRM with our cross-functional teams
Proactively learn plants, be innovative and creative with design
Be professional with all client facing and service work
Actively collaborate with the team on projects
Bringing solutions to challenge
Ability to ask good questions and listen
Organization and planning
College (preferred but not required)
Min 2-3 years sales or customer service
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$75K OTE first year (unlimited potential – salary + commission)

Expected Work Schedule
Primary responsibility is outside sales call activity, in the office for meetings, and team projects.
Attend all sales meetings focused on growth.
Able to work in a warehouse, commercial buildings, a professional setting, or occasionally outdoors.
Work to be performed at 800 Edwin St. or 5757 Manchester Rd. St. Louis, MO, as well as networking events, sales calls in designated territories, and target locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 yrs. business-to-business sales
Need to have an eye for design
Motivated self-starter
Must be open to learning new things
Positive winning attitude
College degree preferred (but not required)
Experience with plants or design preferred - Looking to grow client base in healthcare; if prior experience, please apply.
Competitive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Can prioritize, organize, and effectively multitask
