
Investor Relations Analyst

Our client, a boutique global private equity firm, is looking to hire an enthusiastic analyst to their Investor Relations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to client service, investment operations, compliance workflows, and cross‑functional project work.
Job Function
Guide new investors through onboarding steps, documentation, and timelines.
Serve as a point of contact for questions from prospective and existing investors.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth, informative investor experience.
Work closely with teams in legal, compliance, accounting, technology, and fund administration.
Support the interpretation and execution of investor‑specific requirements and terms.
Assist with coordinating investor agreements and review processes.
Maintain accurate records across systems, portals, and CRM platforms.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong internship experience welcomed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Genuine interest in private markets, alternative investments, or real‑asset strategies.
