Responsibilities

Selling recruitment solutions with a focus on Engineering, Manufacturing, Flow Control, Automation, and Life Sciences. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the Recruitment team as part of the Business Development function. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Attend industry events and conferences to network and build brand recognition. Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and market trends. Continuously improve sales processes and strategies. Requirements

Proven experience and a track record in a Business Development role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results. Willingness to travel as needed. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
