The Marketing Specialist supports Corcoran agents by providing hands‑on marketing guidance, tools, and execution that directly enhance their business. This role partners closely with agents to bring their listings, personal brands, and marketing initiatives to life, while also contributing to broader brand efforts such as annual property books, campaign rollouts, and other high‑visibility projects. The position ensures all marketing is cohesive, on‑brand, and executed at a high level.
This is a collaborative, service‑oriented role that combines day‑to‑day agent support with strong project management. The Marketing Specialist helps coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across both agent initiatives and larger brand projects, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary marketing partner to agents, providing hands‑on support across listings, personal branding, and business development materials
Develop and execute marketing assets for agent listings, including brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, and listing copy
Act as a liaison between agents and internal/external creative teams to ensure marketing needs are executed accurately and on time
Maintain and organize agent‑facing marketing templates, resources, and materials to ensure brand consistency
Assist in the coordination and execution of larger brand marketing initiatives, including annual property books, seasonal campaigns, and other high‑visibility projects
Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals across brand initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned
Partner with internal teams (design, editorial, PR, leadership) to support the development and rollout of brand projects
Support content and asset collection for brand projects (e.g., property submissions, agent materials, approvals) to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in organizing feedback and communicating next steps to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role with cross‑functional coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide high‑touch support
Strong writing and presentation skills, including experience creating listing copy and marketing materials
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Trello, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and marketing tools used for agent support
