
Chef & Brand Ambassador

The Chef & Brand Ambassador role blends culinary expertise with customer engagement, bringing our appliances to life through dynamic cooking demonstrations and personalized showroom experiences. This position works in close partnership with the Showroom Manager to ensure every guest interaction is seamless, memorable, and aligned with brand standards.
Execute high-quality, engaging cooking demonstrations that highlight appliance performance, versatility, and innovation
Prepare and present food for showroom events, training, and client experiences
Ensure every demonstration delivers a polished, hospitality-driven experience that enhances brand perception
Assist with menu planning and development for demonstrations, events, and seasonal programming
Align menus with product features, culinary trends, and target audiences
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational kitchen environment
Manage inventory, ordering, and food prep logistics
Deliver exceptional, personalized experiences for all showroom visitors, including walk-ins and scheduled appointments
Confidently present and educate on appliance features, benefits, and applications
Partner closely with the Showroom Operations Manager to maintain a best-in‑class showroom environment
Act as a brand ambassador across all Middleby Residential brands
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; 10 years’ experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 5 years’ experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Excellent verbal and communication skills (interpersonal, demonstration, and presentation) Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team Problem solving and creative thinking Ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive behavior Time and resource management skills Proficient computer and software skills in MS Suite and other applications required Perform multiple activities and meet deadlines Professional, polished demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
